Instruments do not generally need their notes labelled.
A kalimba is one of the most intuitive instruments to begin learning. Most use a set of notes that you can combine by ear. Take advantage of that to develop your musical imagination. Learning melodies only by reading labels can become little more than memorising a sequence of movements.
Musical freedom and self-expression grow when your fingers remember the sound of each tine and the combinations between them, so that you can play with your eyes closed. The best way to become familiar with sounds is to listen, not just to read. ;)
